Paid Ads

Before amplification,
strengthen what receives it.

Paid media can accelerate demand, but the conditions around it determine what that spend can become. We build across Google and Meta with the path forward and the measurement behind it in place from the beginning.

Where we advertise depends on where demand is taking shape.

Google is often strongest closer to the bottom of the funnel, when someone is already searching with intent: they need a roofer, are comparing flooring companies, or are looking for a service nearby. The opportunity is already taking shape; paid search helps the business become present at that moment.

Meta often works further toward the top of the funnel, where the right person may fit the audience but is not actively searching yet. Strong creative, positioning, and targeting can introduce the business, create recognition, and give that interest somewhere to develop.

Neither exists in isolation, and neither begins with the ad itself. The landing experience, follow-up, conversion path, and measurement all affect what happens after attention is earned. Before budget moves, we verify that those connections are working and that the platforms can receive meaningful signals about what happened next.

That matters because paid media amplifies what it is connected to. More traffic into a leak is still a leak, only more expensive.

How we run paid media

Measurement verified before budget moves

Conversions firing, deduplicated between browser and server, arriving in the ad platform, attributable to a campaign. Confirmed end to end with a real test conversion. A 200 response from one step proves nothing about the other four.

Continuity checked before spend

If demand arrives and does not convert, more of it is not the answer. This is the step where we may tell you to fix operations first, and it happens before anyone commits a budget.

Placements judged separately

Aggregate cost per result hides enormous variance. On our own account, one placement ran at over fourteen times the cost per thousand impressions of another and was excluded on the evidence rather than the theory.

Reporting on real denominators

View-through attribution inflates results and summing conversions per ad double counts them. We report what the account can actually defend.

What we can show

A measurement audit for a residential flooring client that found the conversion import broken, and the verification playbook it produced, which we now run before any spend. Described on the work page by industry only.

How we engage

Clarity before scope.

  1. 01

    See what is already there

We begin with the business as it is, surfacing patterns, strengths, and opportunities that can be difficult to see from inside it.

  2. 02

    Continuity before amplification

We build the conditions for opportunity to be received, developed, and carried forward before adding more volume.

  3. 03

    Sequence with purpose

Services enter where they can create leverage, in the order the work calls for.

  4. 04

    Scope follows clarity

The engagement and investment reflect what the strategy calls for, with room to evolve as the business does.

GOS and DECO are scoped independently because they serve distinct roles within the same business ecosystem.

A little more context.

What budget do we need?
A budget figure without a target cost per result is a guess wearing a number. We would rather establish what a result plausibly costs in your market, then say whether a budget buys enough of them to learn anything.
Google or Meta?
Different jobs. Search captures existing intent; social creates it. Which comes first depends on whether people are already looking for what you sell, which the audit establishes.
Can you guarantee a cost per lead?
No. We can measure it honestly, improve it deliberately, and tell you early when it is not going to work.
Our tracking is already set up. Does that help?
We still verify it, which takes about a day and regularly finds something. Broken measurement is the most expensive problem in paid media and it is invisible from inside the ad platform.

Small only in name.

Tell us what you're building. We'll see what's already there, then strengthen what matters and carry it forward with clarity.
